Job Responsibilities:
Assist the chairman in team management of the company;
Transmit and supervise the decision of the chairman, follow up and inspect the completion of the work of various departments, and the implementation of leadership instructions, and report to the chairman in a timely manner;
Responsible for the daily schedule of the chairman;
Responsible for the reception and transmission of the chairman's documents, letters, correspondence;
Responsible for the preparations for various important meetings convened by the chairman, and the minutes and collation of document drafting meetings in daily operation work;
Assist the chairman to visit and receive, arrange itinerary, and accompany business.
Assist in arranging travel itineraries and translating materials.
The treatment can be negotiated separately, and the company provides accommodation for free.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, good English in liberal arts is preferred;
Have a certain degree of management, public relations manager, assistant secretary work experience, two years or more of relevant work experience is preferred;
Have strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as keen insight;
Possess solid writing skills, be able to write or proofread important text materials, and be proficient in basic office software;
Possess good professionalism and professional ethics, and pay attention to the confidentiality of important events or documents.
