Product feature

P / V-12 is a metal-armored removable switchgear developed with reference to international advanced technology. It is suitable for single buses and its segmented system with three-phase AC, rated voltage of 3 ~ 10kV, and rated frequency of 50Hz, and as receiving and distributing electric energy indoor complete set of distribution equipment. In addition to having the same structure, technical parameters and manufacturing technology as similar international products, it also increases the net clearance of air insulation according to the actual situation of domestic operation. It is currently the highest-grade armored switchgear in China and has reached the international advanced level.

The switchgear combines new vacuum arc extinguishing and mature epoxy insulation technology, and through type test verification, it has been optimized for safety, reliability, economy and efficiency. The products are mainly used in utility, industrial, transportation and power distribution solutions, and also cover many high-demand application areas, such as data centers, oil and gas, mines, and ships. The width 550 mm width double-layer structure design cabinets are more suitable for the application of space-constrained projects such as commercial real estate, data centers, and field reconstruction.

■ The basic skeleton is made of imported high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel plate and then bolted together. It adopts special processes such as multiple bending and bossing, and is processed by a CNC flexible production processing line. The parts have high dimensional accuracy and structural modeling beautiful, solid and reliable, and because the aluminum-zinc steel plate does not need to be coated, it is not easy to rust. Therefore, the continuity of the skeleton is good, which can ensure that the installed electrical components maintain their excellent electrical and mechanical properties;

■ Circuit breakers use high-quality imported or domestic vacuum circuit breakers (or vacuum contactors). These products have superior performance and reliable operation;

■ The circuit breaker is installed in the "center" manner, and its weight is borne by the side wall of the switchgear, which avoids the impact of the floor on the contact plug and the interchangeability of the handcart. In addition, the precise dimensions of the skeleton manufacture and the contact plug intact rate and handcart swap rate reach 100%;

■ The switchgear is operated and maintained on the front side, with a large window area and high definition. It can clearly display the circuit breaker position indication, opening and closing status indication, and the energy storage status indication of the spring operating mechanism. And safe, convenient operation and maintenance;

■ High protection level. Full consideration has been given to the safety protection requirements for operating personnel. Its enclosure protection level is IP4X, and the door is sealed with rubber; the window is covered with special high-strength glass; the cable room, bus bar room, and circuit breaker room have independent pressure relief channels. Once the internal failure occurs and the pressure rises, the pressure relief channel immediately opens to release the pressure. The sealed structure provides reliable protection for the operating personnel to ensure that the accident cannot spread. Personnel will not be harmed;

■ The "five-proof" interlock of the switchgear is a set of mechanical chain with advanced design and reliable performance, which can reliably prevent misoperation and meet the requirements of Chinese national standards;

■ It considers the importance of insulation strength to operational safety. All designs are evaluated according to the most stringent insulation requirements (higher than IEC standards and meet GB3906 and DL404 standards), and type tests of insulation strength have been performed according to the above standards.
