Ri4Power is intelligent low-voltage switchgear developed jointly by Shanghai Infraswin Energy Co., Ltd. and Germany Rittal Electro-Mechanical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It is modular low-voltage switchgear assembled by factory using standard modules. It is used for the distribution, conversion, control and reactive power compensation of indoor power distribution systems with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated operating voltage ≤690V, rated operating current ≤6300A. This product is suitable for applications in power plants, petrochemicals, offshore platforms, metallurgy, paper making, public facilities engineering and other occasions.
Ri4Power low-voltage systems provide leading solutions in the field of power distribution and motor control, and provide switch cabinets integrating power and automation for customers in the process industry, power and infrastructure industries, superior safety protection for personnel and equipment, lower operating costs, improve equipment operation availability, reliable, flexible, scalable, and easy maintenance from the front of the switchgear.
■ Use Rittal top-level TS8 cabinet.
■ Protection class IP54, PU foam seal, full of elasticity, resistant to 180 degrees high temperature without hardening.
■ The frame is welded by a unique 16-fold profile, with high strength and excellent load-bearing performance.
■ The surface of the cabinet is treated with oil removal and phosphating, electrophoretic primer, powder sprayed, the surface of the paint has high strength, strong corrosion resistance, grease resistance, weak acid and alkali resistance.
■ An independent metal bus channel is set on the side of the front of the cabinet to keep the communication bus away from power cables and bus bars, reducing interference and easy to install and debug.
■ Adopt special communication connector to connect with intelligent equipment in drawer.
■ Cabinet body adopts modular structure, 25mm modular hole frame, easy to install.
■ Isolation level up to form 4b
